All this was a good monthly reminder of why we should never be partisan about the stuff we buy from companies with CEOs.
CEOs have one single function: torture the books until they weep money.
So, buy the stuff you like (because in most cases there's no option) but be aware of what's in there.

The lure of cost reduction in the form of job-munching AI is just too much for CEOs to pass up, unfortunately.
Worse still is his apparent shock regarding the blowback he received. I mean, c'mon. This was such an easy win for them, and he stole failure from the clutches of victory.
