My personal headcanon is that BG3 Cinnamon is slightly older and more mature than they are in our campaign canon- say late 20s- early 30s. They have slightly more compitence to boot.

Sylleth was killed by a beholder's death ray last session while travelling in the underdark with this crime boss the party are being foced to work with.
She's alive now thanks to her sister Eve but I think some of the party are very shaken and we've yet to deal with the emotional fallout :' )
