My goal for this year to improve overall fitness is to do Flinders Peak at least once a week after work, and to eventually get my time under 40 minutes. Today was Week 6 and I timed under 40 minutes for the first time (just!!) 😊

Gorgeous day for a run out to Sheoak Falls Ocean Carpark to the Lower Kalimna Falls and back again - almost 15km! Great to be out and about in our beautiful local Otway ranges.
