I like setting time periods. something like 3 days worth of time spent on an artwork, and instantly stopping it when it reaches that period regardless of "How much more i could have done". Some early works might be effected, but just move on, dont go back to them, and itll help adjust

That's a very interesting way to look at things! I feel most big games now barely ever have the choice even if they want to, to create a space for modders to continue upon the work.
