I’m feeling so down because of it, some people told me that I shouldn’t cosplay Chinese characters that way, that it was disrespectful, a bunch of them told me to stop cosplaying completely

I never excepted to get so many insult because my European vision of cosplay is not the same. I get it, it’s their app, their cosplay culture but I mean… should I get insult for posting a video of wei ying wearing red lipstick ?
