Chris, if I remember correctly that $5m exit fee was part of an amended bylaws agreement that Nevada never signed as part of the last ditch effort by Benson to keep the conference together. I believe the bylaws before this had a lower exit fee (~$2m?).

This is what happens when you privatize government services. The Humane Society should stick to what they’re good at - fundraising. The County had these contracts until they were undercut by the Humane Society who ended up raising their costs in the end and now hold the cities hostage.

They rally because they’re trying to paint a pic that Elon is a genius who can now focus on Tesla. The damage is done and unless Elon removes himself completely from Tesla, the company is done. The only saving grace is Daddy Trump giving Tesla government contracts…which is very likely at this point.
