Well…it’s been a process. But I’m now out of the stock market and operating on a cash basis. Schwab never bothered. Not real pleased with them. I do have to pay taxes on what I withdraw, but I can leave it sitting until I either have to make an RMD or have an emergency. I feel so much safer!

Exactly. Of COURSE they didn’t call me on Friday. My husband was calling the shots until February. It’s my money now. My decision. And if they choose not to service my account, I’m betting lots of others would be happy to.
