Law enforcement was able to observe several other videos containing similar material, graphically described in the charges.

Goldberg admitted to recording himself m@sturbating with small children present. He claimed he was encouraged by others on the Kik platform.

In custody on $200,000 bail.

Charges say the social media platform Kik submitted a tip to law enforcement that Goldberg had made recordings of himself m@sturbating while holding an infant and with a toddler child nearby.

This unhinged mofo appears to own a childcare-related business.

The neighbors expressed that they fear for their lives if Kamp is released from custody.

Kamp is now out of custody on $100,000 bail.

The neighbor observed police officers apprehend Kamp. While Kamp had his hands up, the neighbor observed Kamp look up and point at her in the window. The neighbor took a picture memorializing Kamp pointing at her as he was being apprehended by law enforcement, which she perceived as a threat.

Law enforcement responded to multiple 911 calls from the neighborhood about shots fired. SWAT responded and negotiated with Kamp to exit his home with his hands up.

The victim yelled at a figure in the window and asked if they had just fired a gun. The figure moved and the window closed.

Fast-forward to Sunday: The neighbor and husband were outside shoveling when they heard a series of loud "bangs." The neighbors checked around the house to see if there were any dead animals that had been shot, and observed the barrel of a gun through a cracked window at Kamp's residence.

In 2025, the neighbor subsequently found rat poison in her birdfeeder, then dead animals in her yard that had been shot.

Charges say the events stemmed from a 2024 neighbor dispute over birdfeeders and feeding ducks. After Kamp asked the female neighbor to stop feeding ducks, she did but put up a birdfeeder with a bowl underneath to catch the spillover.

Meanwhile, because Mary Moriarty loves domestic abusers and criminal aliens, her office downgraded his charge to disorderly conduct and tossed him a stay-of adjudication so he could walk free last month.

ICE arrested him last week.

He'd been wanted on warrant since Nov. 2024, and was arrested on the warrant by Minneapolis police in Nov. 2025.

He was released the next day on $100 bail by Judge Bev Benson.

Police were able to lift fingerprints from the scene, which led to IDing Apodaca Gaxiloa, who is unknown to the victim.

Charges were just filed this week in Hennepin County. Public records indicate Apodaca Gaxiloa was in ICE custody in December; current status/location is not immediately available.

Loss: Wallet with Real ID, bank cards, passport, home and vehicle keys, IPads, an IPhone 16, a Mac Book, and an empty external hard-drive.

Charges say a female reported that someone came in through her window while she slept and stole items. She found a half eaten taco, which she did not recognize, inside the door 😂
