These apps don’t need ai to run, most of ai isn’t needed. Why use a “tool” when their other more effective option available that are much more sustainable and not so sloppy?

Some rich people avoid taxes buy buying our property and getting tax money (not tax cuts) to restore them by the city, most of them never do the work promised. A example I know pretty well is Paul McKee Jr.
