Her name is Crystal Crowngale, an changeling arcane archer and worlds biggest egotist. No mater what, it will be HER arrow that takes down the target. She suffers from a psychic "Call" where she is driven to gather power, to become a hag with her mother.

And yes, the name is a Danny Phantom joke. They are from the village Amity, and in backstory they were part of a merc group called "Hartman's Heroes".
