Queer tarantula parent! 🕷️
Honestly, I am not entirely sure! I can't seem to find a definitive answer. A lot of people just use "T albo" and leave it at that.

Our sweet little Brachypelma hamorii, Peppercorn. I was a wee little jealous of Robyn's Brachypelma and wanted to find my own. This beautiful thing sang to my heart and now lives happily here.

One of my dream finds, a Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens sling!

Arugula is a spunky little thing that's been having a lot of fun webbing up the enclosure.

Peanut Butter is our Aphonopelma seemani. We brought them home and they immediately burried themselves and shut the door, so we're not sure about personality yet!

And though I shouldn't play favorites... Fruitcake, our x-mas eve Avicularia avicularia, has my heart.
Labeled as an "aggressive" t, Fruitcake has turned out to be my sweetest, most gentle and docile spider. She lives on my desk and comes out for an occasional walk about.

The smaller of my Avicularia avicularia, Sushi Salad Poke Bowl.

This is Tiny Taco, our Aphonopelma anax. Very curious and loves to explore for being such a wee thing.

Our little Grammostola pulchripes, Mustard. The shyest spider we have by far.

Now this Brachypelma emilia isn't technically mine (it's @ittybitypixels.bsky.social ), but I'll still share.

This is Meatball Rigatoni Cavatelli Bowtie and the first spider we had with a complete molt. He'd just finished molting a few days before we got him.

This is Chili Bean, our Tliltocatl vagans!

This poor buddy was a super discounted spider at a local chain pet store. They'd been there for over 6 months and was in rough shape. But I'm happy to report they're doing great now and eating well!

Next is wee little Nugget! Nugget is a Vitalius chromatus and our first sling!

We've been through one successful molt so far and I cannot get over how wee it is.

Cupcake Razzle Dazzle, our Grammostola pulchra. Unknown gender, but we generally use 'she.'

She's an absolute sweetheart and is currently hiding away in her burrow.
