The Animal Well game is very much retro themed. It's not all fancy like Ori. Kinda reminds me of the old Amstrad games :) it's very well made but that being said i didn't hugely enjoy it as I'm more a pvp quake style gamer. It was fun until it became a grind.

Ah yes the first Ori game I completed, very good. Second one I got lost and then stopped... I meant to go back to it!

I'm not a big fan of the metroid genre but a game called 'Animal Well' was recommended by the Balatro creator in an interview so I thought I'd give it a go. It wasn't bad but I never completed it. It's sitting in my Steam library like many other uncompleted games! I always end up getting lost.

I guess the word understand wasn't the right fit. Designed to mimic the understanding... although they didn't truly know how it was made.. just billions of training iterations and too much data to analyse

It's almost as if the system is designed to keep the rich, rich and the poor, poor. We still work for the system, may as well be a Tudor king on the throne for all the difference it'd make.

Twitter is 90% bots and the rest are people who haven't noticed. To be fair to Musk, it was overrun with bots even before he bought it, but he certainly isn't going to admit that it's a platform of propaganda. I can only imagine the bot count has increased exponentially since then.

Seeing who people truly are is never a pleasant experience. The internet makes it all too easy for people to reveal their true self, sadly in anonymity most often. The online abusers should all be given mental health support, as other than being nasty pieces of shit, they're often mentally ill.

Yup. This has been clear for 15 years. Those with wealth derived from destroying our ecosystem will never release their grip. Politicians are much the same. Their position of power is all they care about. Our civilization will fall due to human greed and corruption. It's very depressing.
