Turns out AT&T can build a fast network when they try.
AT&T flipped the 5G+ switch today and it’s a significant upgrade. Still likely backhaul limited but the latency is a 100ms+ improvement.

I’m not sure the potential privacy/security benefits of Cape MVNO are worth the awful performance trade off in 2025.

A day into enforcement and we have a roughly 3% failure rate. One user submitted a ticket even though they were notified twice about the upcoming requirement. They never read!

Another policy using this concept with Filter for devices to only target devices/users that should be able to meet the requirements: Require Phishing-resistant MFA only on hybrid joined devices (Entra joined could also be included if appropriate).
