We are looking for a Management Accountant to work at Crew! Working Hours: 14 hours per week Role purpose: The Management Accountant will be expected to provide a hands-on, professional and high-quality finance service to staff, the Board of Directors, CEO, the Services and Finance Officer (SFO) and Project Coordinators in Crew and effectively develop and maintain Crew’s finance and business services to meet the organisation’s needs in fulfilling its mission. Synthetic opioids including nitazenes have been found in Scotland, and in the UK. We’ve created this update on Crew.Scot with information on what you can do!

On crew.scot/drug-alert-update-nitazenes/ there is a Drug Alert Update on a type of Synthetic Opioids called nitazenes. There is information on harm reduction, how to support in an overdose situation including how to book naloxone training and get a naloxone kit, as well as resources from SDF, RADAR and Crew.

There are 3 key sections of the report overviewing trends, the drug-related deaths and a call to action. The drug trend sections highlights work at Crew, in Scotland, UK and across Europe. Section 2 overviews the latest available information on drug-relayted deaths in Scotland. Section 3 highlights work being done by other services and organisations, as well as recommendations going forward.
