Lmao? Really? It works perfectly when I’ve adjusted all the options. They turn like shit but that’s a mount for you. I had to help my buddy who is a MH veteran as well because he had half the options turned off but the mount wouldn’t stay still. Had to show him where it was in the menu to stop that.
March 5, 2025 at 12:58 PM
That’s exactly it, you have to actually study the menu in depth and it can be a lot for anyone but especially for people who can’t handle that much information being thrown at you.

Luckily they are bringing the canteen back into the game in a future update. Hopefully it is the April update.

I personally couldn’t agree more, that being said, having the choice to even take off auto gathering/searching to give absolute full control is nice, a pain because of how they had to separate it like they did but nice. Overall is a huge upgrade from that mount in world you had no control over.
March 5, 2025 at 12:56 PM
I actually agree with a ton of this coming from one who has played MH since the first. I’ve come to understand from the last 3 games that LR has now lead to being more solo friendly.

I will say, I’ve seen a ton of people complain about the auto mount and my questions is, why not turn off auto?
March 4, 2025 at 7:18 PM
I don’t think I can agree with that at all lmao. Helldivers 2 along with the upcoming MH Wilds threw that type of thinking out the damn window.

Hah, at least if they give it that Final Fantasy VII treatment, we will be playing an oldie with a new storyline.
February 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Yep, that 1% or less that like with everything else is absolutely loud as fuck. Normal people don’t even get it anymore. With so much coming out for crossplay and all that. If anything make it a top tier perk. They would make a killing with that.
February 10, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Thank god PSN finally stopped that shit with single player games this week so they can be played offline. Stupidest shit they ever came up with.

The hammer is really strong. You have to really get those charged heavy attacks in for sure though to make it really feel good.
February 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
There is no better side quest than the ones you get that are so good that you totally forget about the main quest itself because this side quest has you enthralled.

NES, Final Fantasy, Battletoads, and River City Ransom. I was three and memorized those FF dungeon maps that it came with.
January 23, 2025 at 2:12 PM
Definitely. I’ve ran into a couple in the 550+ hours but it is rare luckily. I’ve actually ran into the pissy ones on lower difficulty rather than in 10s which I find the craziest thing of all.
January 23, 2025 at 2:04 PM
Yep. I’m with you though about the others. I can’t stand the ones who get pissy about loadouts, playstyle, people dying to much, etc. I always have a special item for ones who do that or several of them if need be. Show them what happens to undemocratic divers who think they are above lmao.
January 23, 2025 at 10:11 AM
Give me those hilarious teammates that don’t care what happens, they just have a good time and bring the jokes/commentary when shit goes off the rails.
January 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM
We should be talking about indies more. Indie games/studios are the ones that have been putting out more bangers over triple A gaming. In fact they need to take a page out of their books and go back to basics instead of the money grubbing with inferior products normally.
January 21, 2025 at 5:43 PM
You mean like with how well the avengers game did? Same popular ip yet fell off extremely fast? The IP has some to do with it but more so, it’s actually a fun game with unique playstyles even though it is yet another hero shooter. New IPs work all the time but they have to grip the audience.
January 6, 2025 at 8:46 PM
It’s not my fault it has been concord coming across my feed and I toss out the many examples of what they did wrong. I also mention HD2 and the good they do as well as gaming being good to story telling and why people play them and devs shouldn’t attack their customers. Lmao but I see your point lol
January 6, 2025 at 5:42 PM
A tired hero shooter? People used that excuse about it being a tired hero shooter. Yet here we are with Marvel Rivals and it is absolutely booming yet is a hero shooter. Concord failed for multiple reasons. Character design, playstyle, hell even the story itself. That is without touching the ‘woke’.
January 6, 2025 at 5:02 PM
It had a lot of marketing compared to other games. You want to talk about zero marketing, Helldivers 2 had zero marketing and boomed because of videos players were making and created player marketing for it. I seen way more paid marketing and betas for concord.
January 6, 2025 at 4:59 PM
For some it may be, others it is another way of socializing or using them to get a good story instead of reading a book. When they say a waste of time, it’s usually because the game is full of nothing but monetization grabs without there being much actual game.
December 10, 2024 at 1:06 PM
That being said, devs doing what they can to create more accessibility into games should never be looked down on but in doing it also need to make sure they don’t destroy the core of what the game is known for. It is truly a delicate balance.
December 6, 2024 at 8:16 PM
I fully agree with this unless a dev starts going off on someone. We all seen the Concord Dev go off because of the ridicule the game was receiving. It has to be a two way street and transparency is always key to be able to have that open communication.
