if anything, og owners should get their v-bucks refunded, but locking a customization option to 99% of people because they didn't play 7 years ago [or even if they did, didn't spend their money] defeats the purpose of bringing back a "rare" item for everyone

imo they ruin the whole point of bringing them back in the first place
