An enemy mage with the skills Focus, Seal Speed, and Poison Strike. Poison Strike is highlighted with its description reading the following: "Seal Speed After combat, inflicts Spd -4 on target. Effect lasts for three turns." An enemy soldier with the skills Swordbreaker, Speed +2, and Darting Blow. He has 8 base speed, and gains an additional 2 points from Speed +2.

ngl I find it kind of strange the wiki lists a possible connection to a Dutch word when "Graf" in this exact spelling is also the German word, especially considering Jugdral has a tendency toward German words.
Japanese グラフカリバー Grafcalibur; "calibur" comes from Excalibur, sometimes used as a name component for wind spells throughout the Fire Emblem series. The "Graf" prefix may come from graaf, the Dutch word for "count".
