You know, I really do not want to see the republican party destroyed. I'm a lifelong progressive dem, and saying that, I need a counter perspective on spending. We need that debate. And there still IS a repub party that is not maga who still has integrity. Where are they?

Here's the thing. Even though Johnson is recessing the House, the Dems should show up anyway. Sure, it's an optics thing, but geez, at least convene and hold committee meetings. Dems, SHOW UP ANYWAY!!!!!
