After noting that the Trump admin made "highly misleading, if not intentionally false" statements to the court in the CFPB case, Judge Jackson was "left with little confidence that the defense can be trusted to tell the truth about anything."

The good news: Yesterday a federal court ordered the reinstatement of illegally fired workers at CFPB and 17 other agencies!
The bad news: Musk, Trump, and Vought have made it all but impossible for CFPB workers to actually do our jobs.
