Rather than punishing Canadians with tariffs on American goods, why not slap a temporary export tax on goods and services to the US and use that money to give Canadians a partial tax break on certain goods and services?

We really are becoming a #cashless society. At the grocery store you can now tap your credit to make a donation to the Salvation Army. When I left the store a young girl was selling chocolate bars. I explained that I had virtually no cash on me and she said that they take e-transfers!
