I have a tripod I set up and I use a Bluetooth remote clicker for photos. On a long click it does a burst, so I have a lot of photo options. Conveniently, there's a mirror behind my tripod spot, so I can check my phone screen 😄

Sometimes the pattern will say you can use self fabric, which is your outer fabric. But you may want to take into account fabric content closest to your skin. If your fashion fabric is a polyester and poly makes you itchy, line it with a cotton voile or lawn.

I do like this skirt and I'm thinking if I make it again, I'll trace off the pattern piece to cut it in half so there is a side seam where I can put pockets! I do really like the curved and slightly wider waistband.

Bummer about the fabric, the dress is so cute though! I thought the butting spacing was a purposeful design decision for waist definition or something

HACK DISCOVERED, but not implemented... Alt text is like 1800 characters. So there could be room for Alt text + thoughts...?

Right?? It has photos like IG, but character limits like Twitter. It feels like photos: yes, but long captions of pattern thoughts and adjustments: no. I think you get to pick the mix that's good for you with thoughts/makes/opinions. Opinion of 1, but I like looking at photos 😄.
