Every once in a while I get a shot that is far from perfect, but makes me deliriously happy I managed to grab it. Shot without really being able to see what exactly I'm shooting because the screen is essentially black. Anyway, here's my happy photo. Description in alt.

My lil bee is 7 months old chronologically today. Adjusted to 4 months. It's a preemie thing.
I can't believe how far she's come. We were so scared she'd never come home and here we are, celebrating 7 months.

We've been without power since 1230. First they said 330, then 430, now 530. It's cold and I have a chilly baby in a fleece sleeping bag.

Rib roast marinated overnight, cooked low and slow, mashed potatoes, buttered carrots, and homemade gravy. Finished off with homemade cinnamon buns. I'm going to burst I'm so full.

What Era are you considered in if you start leaving reviews on pinterest recipes? Cuz I'm in that Era now. Ps the soup was underwhelming for the amount of work. Not enough depth of flavor.

Alberta needs to help its health care. I lived in the NICU for 3 months and the strain they were under was crazy. My baby was often compressed with another one. Which meant 2 high risk infants to one nurse, sometimes 3. And those nurses were angels. AB better not vote conservative ever again.
