Just caught this. It's working for me now, and Stream Finder's been working again since yesterday. Not sure if they were related. Looks like the captcha's from Zoho, so maybe could have been from their end or some shared cloud backend.

There's a huge gulf between vibe check and mandate in which actual popular opinion resides. Mandates are typically just a fiction created by winners to enact policies they want under the guise of popular opinion. They magically get erased when the other side wins and establishes a new "mandate."
