Creative Recess is my coaching and consulting practice, built on the Possibility Quotient (PQ): Curiosity, Clarity, Creativity, and Community. My belief is simple: leadership, creativity, and community don’t have to be rigid or exclusive. They can be playful, inclusive, and transformative.
