I agree. I still find myself scrolling on Twitter during big cultural events (I expect to do so during the Oscars) because the community here for those events isn’t really comparable.

unclear how commentators could weigh in on this with any degree of confidence. there are so many challenges and some clearly present harder questions than others. and the ultimate crisis question is still unclear - will the administration fairly comply with adverse rulings?

It’s so terrible. Hard to rank which part of it is worst, but the idea of looking to pre-incorporation state practice to define to scope of the Second Amendment absolutely makes my head spin
