I nodded, bending down and lifting up the bedding. I froze, staring into the eyes of my daughter, quivering with fear.

One lesson I've learned from having kids is that just when you think you're overwhelmed, there's always room to get even more overwhelmed.

The problem with writing a story in which my FMC pulls off an incredible feat of unrivalled genius is that I myself need to concoct this incredible, unrivalled piece of genius. 😂

I love writing as it involves two of my most favourite hobbies.
1. Avoiding any human interaction
2. Anxiety ✨
