Seattle budget drinking game rule # 23: Take a sip if CM Dan Strauss gets angry at other CMs for talking too much. Take a big gulp if he goes on his own random tangent about non sequiturs like transportation trivia or the history of the dog's face on the "Waiting for the Interurban" statue.

Just saw a neat detail hidden in SDOT's latest RapidRide G update. During construction they found an old abandoned tunnel under Madison St near 10th Ave. Any history buffs know anything about this? Wonder if it's part of the old cable car line. www.seattle.gov/transportati...
