A film like 'Where Hands Touch' probably would not be here without the relentless work of POC activists. The film highlights stories of mixed race, Afro Germans who were subjected to discrimination and even forced sterilisation during the Nazi regime. Starring Amandla Stenberg.

"Showing Our Colors: Afro-German Women Speak Out" is an English translation of the German book Farbe bekennen edited by author May Ayim, Katharina Oguntoye, and Dagmar Schultz. It is the first published book by Afro-Germans, and the first written use of the term 'Afro-German'.
