Probably because a lot of politicians and their donors hire undocumented workers too.

It is very common indeed. It’s called DV abuse, and it’s codified into a law. Plus if it wasn’t common why would Congress put specific protections for this kind of abuse under VAWA?

It never did that. One of the requirements of DACA was that a person had to have arrived as a minor because 2012. So anyone arriving after would not had qualified. Plus in order to qualify they have to have attended a US HS & graduated.
