A bunch of older sketches I still quite enjoy. My OC Engin in a lovely dress, a practice sketch of shirinatra and some silly little animals who were a lot of fun to doodle.

A sketch of my OC Engin. He has curly, shoulder length hair and smiles confidently. He wears an A-line dress full of flowers and a flowy open robe over it. A practice sketch using a picture of shirinatra (Instagram) where a woman (shirinatra) sits on a couch and reads a book. Her hair is in an old-fashioned high bun, she wears a puffy sleeved top and a long skirt. On a side table stands a plant and few trinkets. Around the woman is an oval shape, as if watching through in a mirror. Around the oval shape are simple stars. Silly little fast sketches of animals. A chonky frog. A sleeping cat, head bonking on the floor. A European robin. A pigeon. A fish. A rat. A stretching rabbit. A banana posing seal. A dog doing the 'blep' and sticking out his tongue. And an animal that could either be a kangaroo or a praying mantis.

A while ago I did an aquarelle study of château Renard. I wanted to keep it simple, just to get back into drawing but kept adding more details - to my enjoyment and frustration. 😅 I had fun and I'm proud of the outcome.

The castle's formation looks a little like a "w" or a "v". The water is in the front and is crossed by a bridge which is coming from the castle's middle wing. Behind the château is a park, drawn with very few details. At the bottom of the drawing is a little green and a pathway to which the bridge reaches.
