It’s normally for SSO, if you are SSO enabled you get diverted to a different authentication flow instead of password entry.

The rules for sentence case are a lot easier to remember and follow, there are many variables in title case and legibility can be compromised so I always go sentence now. And it’s much less ‘shouty’.

I’m a UX leader now leading the product & engineering team, there is no-one above me, but Commercial, Finance and HR beside me. No CEO. And it’s working, the company now has a realistic vision… and one of the reasons is that UX experts listen, learn and translate multiple voices to tell the story.
