Can't say if it'll help, but it's just what happened to me

I developed crazy vertigo recently. I didn't think they would, but the exercises helped. Boring to do, but I got over most of it within days. Head over to youtube, and look up the Epley Maneuver and the Brandt Daroff exercise. Epley takes longer and focuses one side, BD is quicker for doing both.
