Got a more in-depth answer on why this happened - turns out it was a recent Firefox update that was messing with the autofill settings. I'll be all good going forward.

Sorry, my previous responses were not clear, I am in again just fine now - it let me on after prompting me to set up 2FA, so maybe they made that mandatory by force-logging me out for it?
