Yep, I should've made that clear. Great that they tested their assumptions (they were initially predicting 10x loading times).

That will make the game take longer to load on really old systems with HDDs (and everyone in the same session as them), but the developers determined the tradeoff is worth it.

This is not correct, you can:
- Access all messages by recovering an encrypted backup
- Access the last 45 days of messages on any new linked device
