reminds me of when toby fox was trying to explain how they wanted a character to be animated, he literally grabbed a broom to use as a pretend weapon and sent a clip of him just doing the movement himself.

it's so shit, my favorite part is at 30 seconds in, you see the old guy react to the power outage before it even happens, then his hand disappears, then reappears in a different spot as the lights go out.

so I have absolutely no clue what the hell I'm doing, what's important, how literally every backend system such as upgrades and such works, etc.
basically the onboarding for returning players is shit, and I completely lost interest in playing it again almost instantly because of it.

if it was the enemies in the overworld that was easy I could just start over with increases enemy density turned on, but it was the bosses just falling over. UUUUGH.
I really hope it's JUST multiplayer being OP, cause single player wise, this was my favorite souls style game.

like, I'd be like "oh boy, I remember this next boss being a wall! took me like, 40 minutes to kill the first time!" and then we'd just kill it in 30 seconds from just r1 mashing it to death, pretty much ignoring most of it's attacks.
why? that just sucks ass.

they also added a longer delay to when your mana starts regenerating after casting a spell. you literally just go OOM more frequently FOR NO REASON!
that's every mage players favorite part, right? when they run away for 30 seconds to regen mana?!
what an absolutely stupid change.
