Financial security - it would be helpful if those carers over 66!even got some kind of payment.

Time both Westminster and Scottish Parliament got rid of the old rule that specifies government pension and carers as overlying benefits. If changes can be made to a 900 year old rule then there should be no problem reversing this one.
