The truth is due to wishlists. I need to constantly build that up and I can't just do that in a few months. Steam is such a ruthless game now where wishlist is everything so I gotta spend a lot of time just building that up.
It's just more of the "how" I need to figure out.

This same issue happen with final fantasy 7 but that one I just think a lot of people lie they played the game and only know what happen in Midgar LOL!

I think I agree with you. I also think Nintendo fans tend to be fairly lefty (makes sense since many of Nintendo games are lefty or even extremely lefty), plus mother 3 kind of falling into it. I think makes earthbound lump into it.

I wonder if conservatism just got so bad as of late that anything with that leaning doesn't even look like it anymore. Mother 3 is far more lefty but like your right with earthbound.

I think all anto war projects through the soilders perspective has never truly been effective due to you never grasping who is being effected the most. The audience doesn't get to see it at its full scale.

The bungie halo games take a stance on a lot of things to the point the og devs talked about how the current white house is taking advantage of them. So even the developers of the games disagree with you.

Infact that is objectively wrong cause it does take a stance on many of the things and more. I can argue things that happen in halo that goes a hard stance thematically where characters explicitly say things that go againts how politicians (like trump) are making decisions right now

Okay I won't say halo not political. Infact there is a whole segment on authoritarian and the whole shit with Covenant religious extremes following to perpetuate war is also more daring then majority of games that are openly political.
Even topics like ai and modifying the humanity of spartans.
