I also made another herbal tea and it went down so well that I made a second and was in bed reading my book by 10pm! 🥳 I think I actually fell asleep before 10:30 sat up 😴 and I woke up naturally at just after 6.30am! 😁

Also caught another amazing sunset while I was getting my herbs together 😌
