In Krasnov's defense, a cognitive test is like an IQ test with the difference being the complexity and goal of each. He is simply too stupid to understand that last part. BTW, I heard he also scored great on his MRI test!

When sanity is restored and the Dotard is no longer fuhrer, I hope the next president does the right thing by taking down that ugly ass monstrosity being built next to the White House. The Gov can sell the pieces like Germany did with the Berlin Wall.
