Went to our lesson on the flag with Doug Jordan. I decided to take both Jasper and Jasmine to mix things up a bit. I've had better ideas. She was buddy sour and humped up a bit but I was able to ride it out. Pic of the Jasmanian Devil (buckskin) and Jasper. He was a saint and remembered a lot.

Jasmine is starting to look like a cow pony! This is probably her 6th time on the flag under the instruction of Doug Jordan. We are so fortunate to have so many great horsemen in our area.

Her photos are great! I love photography as well. I do wildlife photography, mostly birds and I do have the camera but you can do some great photography with a good point and shoot. I took the spider with my cell phone lol. The other with my "good camera".

@pulsetzar.bsky.social This is my rescue mare, Jasmine at liberty and in the hackamore. I got her from a rescue when she was a yearling based on a photo and a little too much wine. I didn't know if she was 3 legged lame or a pony. I didn't care, just wanted to give her a soft place to land.

Just introducing myself. Finally realized my dream of having horses in my mid 30s. In my mid 60s now and have decided its not just a passing fancy 😂. Here is a pic of our crew.

The Texas weather has been a bit brisk the last few days. Last year I discovered the Freeze Miser which has made keeping the troughs filled and clear for drinking much easier. I don't have to haul water from the house when it is freezing now.
