My toxic trait is booking the last seat on the row in theatres (hyper vigilance is one of my conscious trauma responses) because I only feel safe sitting close to exits but I am then aggravated everyone has to step over me to get to their seats 🤪

lol! I almost didn’t come back from Copenhagen. It’s NOT perfect there but I was breathing the cleanest air, was never in danger of being shot, and could walk everywhere
