i just tried to buy a ticket took my money and gave me no ticket🤔 emailed them see whats going on..

Say I did get my ticket on the bus last year, but I can't remember if I use money or if I tapped my card pretty sure I may have tapped my card but thank you. I'll have a look on the website.
