specific callout: if people only keep their houses for 7 years, and if they try to move but the market sank, then they’ll have no equity and they’ll actually be underwater on their own home. A 50 year mortgage exacerbates this problem. Not great!

Like, I have no reason to look up value of the card, I got the set with my Jump subscription years ago and I like the art.
