Once I dropped some 1/4'' thick steel weighing about 4 pounds on my little toe, hitting behind the steel toe of the safety boot. Half the front foot bruised up, limped about and I lost feeling in the entire foot after a week. Probably broke some bone in it but it got better after two months.

There are algorithms that lets you march through bitmaps and make a vector outline of whatever it finds in the picture, which you then could feed into a for loop to create a mesh.
