They denied my daughter a boot for her fractured ankle because she had a boot within 5 yrs. I should mail them that boot from her previous surgery. The smell alone might change their minds!!

My daughter fractured her ankle on Monday. She needed a boot for her foot. Denied at hospital because she had one within the last 5 years. A boot!! I needed to pay $500 directly to them. Nope. Ordered exact boot on Amazon $55.
