Yeah it seems quite arbitrary to soft lock it by a few hours. I lived in Albuquerque before here and they had drive thru liquor stores they had to close down because of the dui problems

That’s still the case in some places in the States. I moved from a big city, across the country to a state where this is fairly common still. At the very least they have rules in grocers about not buying alcohol before a certain time of day

He could of just bought the right wing one that is barely staying afloat and gotten the echo chamber he wanted. Instead he’s shot himself in the foot on the public perception of him which has just been hilarious to watch.

I will never trust management that does not seek out/welcome the ideas of the people it effects the most without resistance. It’s something I try to do daily at work because I have been that person at the whim of someone who has no idea/care the reach of their decisions.
