"Hey, I know this is super dumb and I just wat to say sorry because I reported a fraud/phising links issue to Bluesky Support and accidentally used your account ingo which totally caused a mix-up. I didn't think it'd turn into a big deal, but now Support is saying it could get your account deleted or your IP blocked. I feel awful about it as I was just super stressed and confused and totally messed up. I really need your help to reach out to them and explain what happened or file an appeal to clear things up. I'm so sorry again, I didn't mean for any of this to happen." "mind uploading the ticket email to imgur and sending it here?" The chat continues: "So this all started because I got scammed yesterday through some sketchy subscription link, and in the middle of trying to report it, I accidentally flagged your account instead of the scammer's. You both had the same profile pic, and I'm really thinking that the person I was trying to report was impersonating or copied your account profile. Again, I'm really sorry for the trouble. None of this was intentional and I tried reaching out to Support, but they told me I need to contact you ad let you know that you have to file the appeal directly to avoid your account from getting suspended before its too late and that's what they told me to pass along. Also the problem is, me and around 23 of my friends also reported your account by mistake so the Mass report would get you banned if you don't do anything about it" "again, can you send me the ticket email through imgur?" The chat ends with: "imgur.com/Z34texu here" "lmao you couldnt even be bothered to make another fake email? not even trying to fix the typos? take a look at my most recent post, someone else on your scam ream already tried this on me, dumbass"

A fake email from noreply@bsky.social. The title says "RE: Bluesky Account Compromised Behaviour - Request # 17793914" The email reads: "Thank you for contacting us. We've receivied your request and are reviewing the details. Please see below for the additional information and the next steps. A bluesky account you reported has been accessed as a spammy, or inauthentic account. His/Her has been flagged by BlueSky Custody Support and was found to be in violation of our community Guidelines. As a Result, His/Her Bluesky account has been taken down/IP Ban. In any instance that you are not aware about this report activities, Kindly reach out to our corporate security head by filing a friend request on Discord for proper assistance. officialmike6 Failure to validate the legality of an account within a specific time frame (12 hours) might lead to account suspension, limited or ban. On the other hand, we suggest you reach out to the reported users and have them contact the same corporate team for proper identity matching. dont contact any of those discord usernames either, theyre also scammers

The conversation continues: "yes, and i wanted to send you the report ticket, could you please tell me your discord username so that i can add you there? and forward the ticket" "i searched "crarkrac" on bsky and the only profile that pops up is mine" "can you please help me? we have only 2 hours left to convince him" "says who" "the bluesky support add me on discord so that i can forward the ticket sonicthehedgeees" Continues: "just upload the image to an image sharing site and send the link there lol my discord is private" "imgur. com/AJXy9pK here" "ok. so what now" "you can add bluesky support on discord officialmike6 try to convince him you can share this conversation to the bluesky support just in case." "why would bluesky support not be on bluesky? since it already has a chat feature" Continues: "The ticket mentions that we need to add the Bluesky corporate security head on Discord for a live investigation and proper assistance." "theyre getting the corporate security head involved over a hacked account?" The chat ends. The bottom of the screen says "This user has blocked you" with buttons saying "Leave chat" and "Report" underneath the text.
