Why doesn't your generation know when to retire? My grandfather retired at 65. Spent his years traveling and enjoying 6 grandkids and 2 great until 94 years old. You spend your time aiding the enemy, and sitting on a seat for 30 years with no new ideas.

Nature's Truth, Electrolyte Hydration Gummies/ Natural, Non GMO Vegan. They are also not salt based because I can't have a ton of sodium like in most electrolyte drinks. Which I think just dehydrates anyway? Potassium based. You take 3 with 8 oz of water. It's done a lot for my constant thirst.
