Canada needs mega projects to build oil and LNG pipelines to serve markets other than the United States. We also need to increase refining Canadian heavy crude to make our own gasoline.

Canada should not participate in CUSMA renegotiations. That deal is dead and there is no reason to resurrect it. You need a reliable trading partner to have deals with.
