So the rain is falling and the wind has brought a ton of leaves down but the view outside my back door is still pretty colourful 😊

🪶🦉 It's easy to overlook the birds we see everyday but in the right light they can be just as beautiful as the more exotic species.

Dartmoor was putting on a show today, black skies, sudden torrential squalls then glorious sunshine all in a few minutes. The B3212 stretching out yo Leather Tor on the left and Sharpitor on the right.

Went for an evening walk past a field and saw a few hares. Elusive things but got a few shots including one of a leveret hunkered down, stationary. Also spotted a yellowhammer although it was getting pretty dark by then.
